Clinic Assistant - Paediatric Clinic

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably with paediatric clinic
Able to communicate fluently with English and Mandarin speaking patients
Speak Teochew/Hokkien/Cantonese is an advantage
Computer literate
Minimum N-Level; good command in English
Friendly and patient with children
Singapore PR/Citizen
Job Description:
Chaperone doctor
Dispensing
Daily maintenance and ordering of medications
Attend to patients including registrations, updating and keeping patients records
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Schedule and follow up appointments
Administration tasks as assigned
Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic
Working hours: Mon - Fri 0830-1700; Sat 0830-1300
